The Daughter:
I had a thought yesterday. There I was eating the 250 calorie Lasagna noting how similar it is to a Lean Cuisine or Smart One you would buy at the grocery store. But the difference is that, when I normally eat those meals that’s all I eat, and then 2 hours later when I get hungry again, I would be eating a 100 calorie bread item. I think the key here is eating the veggies and fruit and protein in addition to the meals. They fill you up and do not cause cravings the way cookies or crackers would. I already know that if I can learn to eat the fruits and veggies and not think of it as choir then Nutrisystem will be worth it.
Hey; cool blog, Steph. Your mom gave me this link.
ReplyDeleteI've lost 34 lbs since Jan. 8 on NutriSystem. My goal is 50! I'll get there sometime in July given the way it is going.
Easy way for me to do it. Without NutriSystem, I hated to cook and ate badly! This is easy and good.
